Who hasn’t dreamed of living in a castle at some point in their lives? Most of us have dreamt of travelling back in time to experience living in these mysterious and all-enveloping fortresses. Usually, these can only be visited with a guided tour, but we’ve hunted down those which offer overnight stays and allow us to experience first-hand what everyday life was like inside the castle and how the feudal lords resolved their territorial disputes.
